This week i created a big birthday card for a friend of mine who drinks a lot of coffee.
THE BACKGROUND
- On water color paper, i sprayed:
Tim HOLTZ frayed burlap and antique linen distress oxyde spray and vintage photo distress spray stain . Walnut stain and vintage photo spritz
- with Tim HOLTZ CMS232 stamp set and ground espresso archival ink, i stamped the coffee bag several times.
- i stamped with Simon says stamp good reading background stamp and Hero Arts unicorn pigment ink
- i used, the Tim HOLTZ THS155 stencil with Aladine crackled paste
- Tim HOLTZ walnut stain distress crayon on the edges
- stitched two times all around
- glued it on a vintage cloth, then, on a brown cardstock.
THE COFFEES
- stamped them with MEMENTO tuxedo black ink and Tim HOLTZ CMS232 stamp set.
- colored them with Tim HOLTZ color pencils : picket fence, tumbled glass, vintage photo, antique linen, walnut stain, salvaged patina, rustic wilderness and peeled paint.
- glued all on the background
GLUED THE SENTIMENT
I wish you get inspired. It's time for you to create.
