Hi everyone,

a little description of my terrific manor created for Scrappytails as a design team member. Lot of amazing dies from past and last releases . 

THE BASE is a wooden boxe for wine bottles.

Recovered with prima marketing Finnabair heavy black gesso, then  Aladine sand texture paste  and peeled paint and black soot distress paint.

THE BRICKS are die cut from the SCRAPPY TAILS Spooky Halloween Cemetery Gate Metal Craft Die

glued on a grey cardstock and recovered with Tim Holtz Distress CRYPT Halloween Grit Paste Ranger  and i randomly applied with the finger forest most & peeled paint distress crayons

THE UNDERGROUND PASSAGE

I made a hole in the base to make the underground passage and recovered it with heavy vellum to let see the light. The gate is from the Scrappytails spooky halloween cemetery gate die and the door from the Slimline Fairy House Add-On House Metal Craft Die

THE VINES are cut in Tim Holtz Idea-ology KRAFT STOCK STACK COOL Paper with Scrappytails A7 sized Ivy leave/branch cover plate metal die

THE FENCE 

The fence is di cut with the Scrappytails A7 Storefront Halloween House Add-On Metal Craft Die

The tips are colored in gold with Aladine gold izink spray dye ink.

THE BIG GHOSTS

are die cut three time in heavy vellum with the Scrappytails Spooky Ghosts Metal Craft Die

Two layers glued together for the back, one for the front, glued on the lights.

 

THE SMALL GHOSTS

Cut in black cardstock with the A7 storefront halloween house add-on metal craft die

The gate is die cut in black cardstock with the Scrappy Tails Spooky Halloween Cemetery Gate Metal Craft Die

THE TREES

The trees are die cut in black cardstock with the Scrappytails A2 Forest Tree Cover Plate Metal Craft Die

The two half tree are fussy cut and glued together on the back with a piece of black cardstock. The tronc below is fussy cut too and glued on the front of the gathered half tree. 

THE CEMETERY is die cut in grey cardstock with the SCRAPPY TAILS Slimline Graveyard Borders Metal Craft Die and colored with classic black soot & rustic wilderness distress inks

The cemetery ground mimics earth, it is made with the Aladine flakey texture paste  painted with brown acrylique paint.

THE HIGH HOUSES

are die cut with the SCRAPPY TAILS Slimline Bird House Pop Up Card Metal Die

the doors are die cut in Tim Holtz packaging with the SCRAPPY TAILS Slimline Fairy House Add-On House Metal Craft Die

The same packaging for the windows, die cut wit the SCRAPPY TAILS A7 Storefront Pop Up Card Metal Craft Die. I glued a thick vellum behind each window after coloring with yellow or violet copics.

The façade are stenciled with walnut stain & vintage photo REGULAR distress inks with the SCRAPPY TAILS 6x6 Aztec Stencil

The lanterns are die cut in gold cardstock with the SCRAPPY TAILS spooky halloween cemetery gate die and covered with black soot distress paint wiped off with the fingers to randomly let just a little bit of paint for a distress look. I made a hole in the front house, glued a piece of vellum behind the lanterns before gluing them on the wall.

The bricks are made as said before.

I created the roof and covered it with the SCRAPPY TAILS A7 Storefront Halloween House Add-On Metal Craft Die

Measurement in centimeters, cut 4 pieces for each high house roof

THE MIDDLE HOUSE

is die cut with the SCRAPPY TAILS A7 Storefront Pop Up Card Metal Craft Die

The roof is covered with a die from the SCRAPPY TAILS A7 Storefront Halloween House Add-On Metal Craft Die

 

I RANDOMLY PUT SOME Tim Holtz Distress CRYPT Halloween Grit Paste Ranger ON THE ROOFS AND THE HOUSES FRONT AND RANDOMLY APPLIED PEELED PAINT & FOREST MOSS RANGER DISTRESS CRAYON WITH THE FINGER.

THE CAT & THE BAT are die cut in black and grey cardstock with the SCRAPPYTAILS Halloween Animals Metal Craft Die
